Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring the project timeline, scope, and budget to ensure completion milestones and target budgets are achieved. - Organizing and directing project activities with the project team. - Studying project specifications to determine the best construction methods. - Overseeing contracts, negotiating revisions, and managing communication with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Attending and managing project progress meetings, and liaising with all key stakeholders (developers, consultants, vendors, team members).
